White Oak Acorn Pancakes

1 cup acorn flour

1 cup white flour (or spelt)

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

2 cups milk

2 tbsp oil

Sift flour, baking soda and powder into large bowl.  Add mile and oil and mix together until “God’s approval becomes evident”.  Portion ¾ Cup – 1 Cup of batter onto hot non stick pan or lightly oiled iron skillet.  When the center begins to “speak in tongues”, give
